KS2 Teacher

Contract: Fulltime, Permanent

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds while working alongside a collaborative and enthusiastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the National Curriculum for KS2.
• Plan and implement engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support students’ learning and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the school's ongoing success.

Requirements:

• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
• Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within KS2.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.
