Join IKEA Exeter as a Customer Relations Team Leader and be an ambassador for an excellent Guest Experience from the front door to payment and after sales.
WHAT WE OFFER- Starting salary of £30,000 per annum dependent on skills and experiences
- 39 hours a week, working 5 days over 7, including alternate weekends.
- We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our guests, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE- Experience in leading in a fast-paced retail or guest-facing environment.
- Business-minded with customer in focus to deliver results, ability to make quick decisions and be open to change.
- Good communication skills that can enable building relationships with co-workers and customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and joyful experience for all guests to the IKEA store and can inspire your team to achieve common goals. You will be a people-person and natural problem solver and can adapt to changing priorities through setting clear expectations for your team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY- You will support a team of co-workers in a guest facing role, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of the IKEA store and want to return and shop again.
- Every day you will work to ensure your team have the knowledge, confidence and motivation to support guests make payments in an efficient, simple and friendly way.
- You work in an agile way, agreeing and implementing improved ways of working and following up to ensure we have been successful in resolving issues for future guests.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of money handling.
