Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Engineer to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.

• Annual salary up to £42,000 per annum
• 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week, bit of flexibility is available to finish earlier on Fridays when hours are made up during the week

• Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
• Carrying out internal process & product audits
• Providing corrective actions for issues that have been identified
• Facilitate and manage quality issues/internal concerns using 8D
• Supporting New Production Introduction
• Managing the measurement of Scrap, analysis and resolution through team problem solving

• Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Experience within a Automotive environment
• IATF / PPAP experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Our client is looking for somebody who has a positive attitude to resolving Quality issues and helping the business push forward
