Whatyou'll do
As Planning andPerformance Manager, you'll be managing the planning, forecastingand reporting between Finance and the business. You'll be workingwith business partners and financial control teams to prioritiseworkloads and commission deep dive, modelling and spotlight workfrom colleagues to enable us to support and challenge thebusiness.
Day-to-day, you'llbe:
- Liaisingwith finance subject matter experts on treasury, capital planning,tax and riskmatters
- Producing,reviewing, challenging and influencing all forecast and performancereporting
- Driving changes tothe operating model to make sure the business is at the forefrontof the operating model, and that future finance demands areproactivelyaddressed
- Assisting with thepromotion of revenue, cost and capital management leadership acrossthe allocatedbusiness
Theskills you'll need
We're looking forsomeone with a CA, ACA, CIMA, MBA qualification or equivalent, andfinancial services and business partnering experience. Along with ahigh level of commercial decision making and negotiation skills,you'll be comfortable operating within a matrix structureorganisation, and you'll have the ability to deal with ambiguity,uncertainty and risk.
With excellentcommunication and influencing skills, you'll need the ability tocommunicate complex financial information in a concise,non-technical manner.
You'll alsodemonstrate:
