Head of ICT Operations
Could you be Incommunities new Head of ICT Operations? We are looking for an effective leader who has experience in complex ICT Infrastructure development and management. We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Duties include:
- Lead a team to support, develop and deliver an innovative ICT Infrastructure that includes, but is not limited to, desktops, servers, networks, telephony and cloud services and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure the security and resilience of our ICT infrastructure in line with sector best practice.
- Contribute to the future direction of the ICT Service by evaluating and procuring new technologies.
- Ensure robust processes, policies and working practices are in place, and can demonstrate auditable evidence that out ICT Infrastructure is managed effectively.
- Contribute to the ICT Senior Management Team to continuously drive service improvement and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute to the organisations Senior Leadership Team to support in delivery of the corporate strategy.
- Act as ICT business partner for the designated service area of Incommunities.
- Previous experience in complex ICT Infrastructure development and management
- Demonstrable experience of managing a complex project from origin to conclusion.
- A passion for efficiency.
- Are a strong communicator, working closely with external ICT suppliers, contractors, and internal senior and operational colleagues.
- Previous experience in managing others. You may also possess a relevant qualification in management.
- Previous experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- Salary of £74,256 per year
