Role Responsibilities:
🏆 What You’ll Be Doing – Your Impact Starts Here!
⭐ Lead the planning & delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences using your expertise in the EYFS framework
⭐ Take ownership of observation, assessment, & planning for your key children—providing developmentally challenging next steps ⭐ Mentor & guide team members, helping shape the nursery’s educational excellence
⭐ Take on the role of Key Person, building strong relationships with families & supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
⭐ Create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters confidence, curiosity, and creativity
⭐ Encourage & celebrate children’s achievements, ensuring every child feels valued
Required Qualifications:
🐝 Are You the Perfect Early Years Teacher for Our New Nursery?
✅ Hold QTS, EYTS, or EYPS qualification
✅ Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher
✅ Strong leadership & mentoring skills – Ready to support and guide your team
✅ A passion for creating inspiring learning experiences and fostering confidence in young learners
