Salary: Circa £32k per annum

We are seeking a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join a dynamic team in Hook, Hampshire. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of sales orders and logistics, from initial order placement through to delivery and installation.

You'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting both sales and service operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures and performance goals.
  • Manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Oversee logistics, including shipping, site-specific documentation, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Update order systems and monitor project progress, ensuring accurate timelines and status reporting.
  • Ensure financial controls are maintained and address any sales order discrepancies or variations.
  • Schedule and confirm bookings for engineers, ensuring timely service delivery in line with company KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Service Sales and Field Service to provide support as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination from sales to final delivery.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle logistics, scheduling, and order processing efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Experience resolving logistical challenges and ensuring timely, accurate project delivery.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing workloads.
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budget management and cost controls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
