About the Role

As a Health and Social Care teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Support learners in understanding the practical and theoretical aspects of Health and Social Care.
• Prepare students for assessments and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed for further education or careers in the sector.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a passion for Health and Social Care through interactive teaching and real-world applications.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, QTLS, or PGCE).
• Have experience teaching Health and Social Care (KS4 to KS5)
• Be passionate about the Health and Social Care field and committed to student success.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude to overcoming challenges.
