Role Overview
The Head of Marketing, reporting to the SVP, Product and Marketing, will play a critical role in leading and executing V-Nova’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across our three go-to-market pillars: Video, Immersive Entertainment, and AI.This is a managemen position requiring strong leadership and decision making skills, strategic vision and hands-on execution to maximize return on invesment for all marketing activities, with the ambition of growing the function upon successful execution of our go-to-market activities.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a small internal team and coordinate external resources to drive impactful marketing efforts across our technology and Studios business units. The ideal candidate will be able to execute high-impact marketing programs while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with V-Nova’s business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Professional Services to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Define KPIs to track and optimize marketing performance, ensuring ROI on all activities.
- Shape and refine V-Nova’s brand voice, ensuring strong positioning in Video, AI, and Immersive Entertainment sectors.
- Oversee the development of core messaging frameworks, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage and evolve V-Nova’s visual and narrative identity across external and internal touchpoints.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media, and targeted campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Oversee PR and media relations, ensuring V-Nova’s innovations gain maximum visibility.
- Leverage our PR resources to maintain strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers.
- Develop and manage press releases, media kits, and thought leadership pieces.
- Lead V-Nova’s presence at industry conferences and events, ensuring maximum impact.
- Lead the organization and promotion of webinars, networking sessions, and virtual events to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with external agencies and partners to coordinate event marketing activities.
- Be the Process Champion: Ensure that marketing operations processes are clear to all stakeholders, consistently applied, and executed efficiently.
- Improve Process Visibility: Work to establish transparency and consistency in marketing workflows, continuously refining them where needed.
- Expand GenAI Tool Portfolio: Identify, integrate, and apply Generative AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and increase content throughput.
- Leverage AI for Automation: Apply AI-driven solutions to content generation, data analysis, and campaign optimization to enhance marketing productivity.
- Optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment across campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, PR firms, and creative vendors, ensuring consistent quality and execution.
- Oversee marketing tools and platforms to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive marketing experience, with experience operating in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B technology marketing, preferably in video compression, AI-driven technologies, or immersive entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, brand management, and content creation.
- Experience leading and developing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Proven ability to work hands-on while leading a small team and coordinating external resources.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media platforms.
