We are currently on the hunt for an experienced IVA Case Manager. The business has established itself as a leading IVA provider & based in Altrincham, Cheshire. It has a leading reputation & a brilliant working environment.

The successful IVA Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of clients approved IVA’s and to ensure that all regulatory duties and obligations are maintained, including dealing with general queries from the client via telephone and email, liaising with the Client, Creditors and Third parties, ensuring Modifications are dealt with in a timely manner, conducting Income and Expenditure reviews and discussing the outcome with the client, calculating and requesting Additional Income, monitoring accounts on a daily basis and chase the declined payments.

The IVA case Manager will also be required to Conduct Annual Reviews & issue them in a timely manner, issue Notices of Breach where required & drafting and issuing variation documents. Finally, you will be required to draft and issue Completion and Termination reports & registering and removing restrictions where applicable

The successful IVA Case Manager will be able to demonstrate proven experience as an IVA Case Manager, also having a detailed knowledge of personal Insolvency & knowledge of debt management solutions.

In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary, you will work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 x late 10.30am-7pm (No Weekends) If you’re an experienced IVA Case Manager, please apply today & we will be in touch
