Sen Teaching Assistant

• Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
• Salary: £13 - £14PH
• Contract Type: Full-time

We are in search of a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to enhance our team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide individualised and small group support to students with SEN, adapting to their unique learning needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student success.
• Participate actively in classroom activities, contributing to a constructive and encouraging learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to communicate updates effectively.
• Work alongside the SEN team to innovate and apply effective support strategies for our students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in working with children with SEN is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to supporting students with diverse educational needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Relevant training or qualifications in SEN support are beneficial but not mandatory.
