Business Support Officer

Salary: £14.53 per hour

Brook Street are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Services Officer to join our team,

This role is pivotal in providing high-quality information and system support for the Health and Social Care Finance, Procurement, and Logistics systems.

• Data Management: Develop expertise in system architecture to consolidate data for centralised reporting.
• Communication: Effectively convey information to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with PaLS Managers to identify new information needs and sources.
• System Oversight: Manage FPL systems administration, security access, and incident resolution.
• Technical Liaison: Collaborate with IT services on technical matters and manage SharePoint access.

Successful candidate will have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a procurement/logistics or information services environment.
• Proficiency in building Business Objects reports is essential.

• Experience with Power BI reporting and SharePoint functionalities.
• Advanced user of Microsoft applications.
