We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Design and Technology to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate may be required to teach across all disciplines of Design and Technology, including resistant materials, product design and food and textiles.
The successful candidate should have the personal drive and commitment to ensure that students continue to receive the best possible teaching which leads to successful outcomes.
The Oakwood Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
