As a Home Care Assistant / Carer / Care Worker in Bradford, you will provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain or regain their health, well-being, and independence.
Areas covered: Bradford, Wyke, Oakenshaw, Clayton Heights, Queensbury, Buttershaw, Lowmoor, Westwood Park, Horton Bank Top, and the surrounding areas

The Care Assistant Role
Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needsEnsuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
Assisting individuals in taking their medication
Preparing warm and nourishing meals
Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
