Job Description
The Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland will be an integral part of the Global and UK legal function based in Milton Keynes. Reporting in the Group Compliance Officer, the Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland will work directly with operations to ensure that the business is adhering to UK compliance regulations.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular audits to confirm compliance
- Developing and implement corporate policies
- Leading and train team members to understand and follow compliance protocols
- Liaising with legal department to address compliance issues
- Monitoring changes in legal requirements relevant to the transport and distribution industry
- Onboarding new clients and undertake due diligence
- Being responsible for Anti-bribery & Corruption
- Preparing and present reports on compliance
- Managing risk in business operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland should have:
