What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint an exceptional Subject Lead of Geography to support the further development and improvement of the subject area within Hinde House Academy.

- Has a proven record of success with students in Geography
- Has the ability to consult, devise, communicate, implement, monitor and evaluate improvement with a relentless focus on student outcomes
- Has an ability to lead and inspire others
- Is a talented professional who wants to provide every student with a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background
- Is enthusiastic and has passion for Geography and the potential of every student
- Has vision, drive and flair as you join our supportive and forward-thinking staff team
- Has a genuine commitment to making a positive contribution to Hinde House Academy and its community
