Senior Night Care Worker - Part-Time
What your role will involve Leading and supervising the night staff teamAllocating and overseeing night-time duties and responsibilitiesActing as the senior decision-maker on shiftManaging medication administration, ordering and auditingResponding appropriately to incidents, emergencies and changes in needEnsuring care plans, records and handovers are completed accuratelyMaintaining the safety, security and wellbeing of the service overnightProviding management cover in the absence of the Service Manager or DeputyMonitoring practice against quality and regulatory standards About you You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.
You will be organised, accountable and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of governance, medication management and person-centred care. You will have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC, and be a member of the PVG Scheme.You will also have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach, which is an Occupational Requirement for this role.
