About Us: Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to work within schools in Bristol. Here at Teaching Personnel we are committed to providing schools with educators that create a nurturing and inspiring environment for their students.We believe in fostering a love for learning and helping each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Work with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts.
- Provide individual support to students who may need extra assistance.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and organization.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but not required.
- A passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm (Flexible Days)
