Are you a friendly, problem-solving person with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time, work-from-home Customer Service Representative.

As well as supporting our new exciting product, you will have the flexibility to control your hours around your homelife for the following days:
Saturdays - Any 3 hours from 8.00 am to 8 pm that suits youSundays - Any 3 hours from 8.00 am to 8 pm that suits you
Mondays - Any 6 hours from 8.00 am to 8 pm that suits you
Total 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via our helpdesk portal, email, and internal chat system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficientlyand professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate any key issues to senior members of our team.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
