Job Description

The successful Employment Associate will:

• Manage and resolve a diverse range of employment law cases.
• Advise clients on a wide spectrum of employment-related matters.
• Maintain regular client contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment law and related legal areas.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment Associate should have:

• 5 - 7 years PQE
• Proven experience in managing employment law cases and TUPE matters.
• A thorough understanding of UK employment legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive approach, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
