Role Overview:

• We offer a basic salary of up to £31,500 dependent on experience.
• Realistic first year earnings are between £33,000 and £37,000.
• Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

• Basic Salary: £27,000 - £29,500.
• First-Year Earnings: £29,000 - £32,500 (including commission).

For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required):

• Starting salary of £25,250, increasing to £27,000 after a year, and £29,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £28,000 with commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
• Temporary worker Selection: Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.
• High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
• Sales Targets: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
