As an Administrator at Sodexo in Birmingham Children's Hospital, You will be very well organised, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a challenging environment. What you’ll do:
- Greet visitors and patients entering the hospital
- Answer direct phone calls
- Manage email correspondence
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Assist with HR duties
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What you bring:
- Computer literacy – MS Office packages
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
