Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
- Provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
- Have pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Have experience in a coffee based role.
- Previous experience working in hospitality.
- Prior knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Good listening & verbal communication skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Hours: 20 hours weekly Monday-Friday, needs to be flexible to work on occasional evening events.

The core hours for this role are SET at 20 hours a week between 4 hour shifts of the pattern 8am-12pm & 12pm-4pm MONDAY - FRIDAY, it's important that you fully understand and are comfortable with this commitment as it's a crucial aspect of the role.
