Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator
Overall purpose of the role
We are recruiting a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator (assignment - Student Support and Wellbeing), within the Alliance Manchester Business School, in the Faculty of Humanities. This is a part-time, permanent role.
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and provides support to students across our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. This will also include liaising with academic staff, other Professional Services function teams and students to support student wellbeing.
The successful candidate will support the administration of all required activities within the School Student Support and Wellbeing team including (but not limited to): pastoral and wellbeing support, attendance and engagement monitoring, supporting Mitigating Circumstances processes, disability support, proactive support and student experience initiatives, general administrative duties, working on the student hub, for example.This role may also require some flexibility to work with colleagues in other Schools within the Faculty of Humanities.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a student-facing support or wellbeing role, proven administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.You will have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications
