Are you an experienced GP Receptionist looking for a new challenge?
Our client is a established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team!
Key Details:
- Monday to Friday position (no nights or weekends)
- Two shift patterns available (rota between the 2):
- 7:45 am to 12:45 pm
- 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- Competitive hourly rate up to £12.75 per hour
- 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays!
- Please note there maybe 1 Saturday a year and an occasional early starting at 7:20am
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a GP setting
- Proficiency in EMIS and Docman systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Main Duties:
- Rotate between reception and patient administration areas
- Support Team Leader in managing clinicians' workload
- Organise practice meetings and liaise with external agencies
- Manage bring forward and filing systems
- Participate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilities
- Actively contribute to improving practice quality
