We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly law firm based in the city as a Junior Legal PA, in this role you will take on a hugely varied role that has lots of exposure within the business.
This role will support the team on a variety of administration and provide legal support to fee earners, candidates must have experience working within a law firm or similar legal environment as a Team Assistant /Administrator or similar.
Key responsibilities:
Diary management and meeting organisation
Processing expenses
Support with organising small events
Billing
Opening new matters, AML checks and preparing engagement letters
Ensuring the client database is kept up to date
