Are you a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) looking for a rewarding locum role in Manchester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery and manage symptoms effectively.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support services to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
- Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote overall well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid NMC registration and pin.
- Previous experience working as a CPN or in community mental health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
