This highly reputable school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French & Spanish) for a full-time position beginning in September to cover a long-term vacancy.

Role Overview:
- Delivering high-quality French and Spanish lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Planning and preparing engaging lessons that promote language acquisition, cultural awareness, and conversational confidence.
- Creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students of all abilities to thrive.
- Assessing student progress, setting challenging but achievable targets, and providing constructive feedback.
- Contributing to the development of the MFL department and promoting a passion for languages across the school.
- Participating in wider school activities, parent evenings, and collaborative departmental planning.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification with specialism in French and Spanish.
- Have experience teaching MFL within UK secondary schools.
- Be passionate about language education, inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for global cultures.
- Be committed to raising standards and driving progress for all students.
- Show strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be an adaptable and collaborative team player eager to contribute to a welcoming and high-achieving department.
