Being a Duty Manager in the Belgian Monk is all about delivering a truly unique and outstanding experience to our guests. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your Front of House team to be the best they can be - passionate & knowledgeable about our specialty Belgian food, our extensive Belgian beer portfolio and our selection of fine wines, as well as innovating ways to become the heart of Norwich City Centre.
Our Duty Managers come from many different backgrounds. Perhaps you are already a successful DM or bar supervisor in hospitality, retail or other fast paced industry, or an established team leader ready for the next step.Whatever your career aspirations, whether you're a General Manager of the future, or you have other ideas, at The Belgian Monk we will support you, and make sure you are challenged and rewarded. About the role
At The Belgian Monk our aim is to give all of our guests a "geweldige ervaring" by creating everlasting memories. As a supervisor, you will support the General and Deputy General Managers to ensure we wow our customers and engage our teams to exceed this expectation, every time.
