Job Duties:
- Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
- Assisting students with their learning and development
- Providing one-to-one support to students with additional needs
- Preparing classrooms and materials for lessons
- Supervising students during class and break times
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of educational practises and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide support to students with additional needs
- Basic administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
