The National Gallery has a great opportunity for a Development Officer - Trusts and Major Gifts. This role will support the Philanthropy team to nurture and develop high value, long-lasting relationships with Trusts, Foundations and individual donors and philanthropists.
You will also support the Development Managers and Senior Development Managers in the Philanthropy team across their whole portfolio of tasks and activities relating to fundraising from Trusts, Foundations and major donors. This will involve drafting, formatting and designing case for support documents for supporters and prospects, including exhibition and other proposals and reports.
In addition, responsibility for a focused portfolio of trusts, foundations and individual donors from which to secure four- and five-figure donations in support of the National Gallery for all areas of the organisation’s work.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required on-site 5 days a week, with some flexibility.
