• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise workflow and resolve any issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and liaise with maintenance teams for repairs or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production, manufacturing or service-driven environment
• A strong understanding of production processes and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a production environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• A focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.
