Senior Finance Manager International

The Role
This is a new role in our structure as part of the Commercial Finance team, who are responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management for both PRS and Joint Venture revenue. This role acts as the key financial business partner to the Chief International Officer and International department, ensuring that commercial decisions align with financial and strategic goals, and is also responsible for consolidation of revenue and distribution reporting across the broader Commercial Finance team.
This role has 1 direct report and reports directly into the Director of Commercial Finance.
Responsibilities:
As our Senior Finance Manager International, you will…- Be a key point of contact for stakeholders, owning communication with International, challenging stakeholders where required.
- Support key decision makers, and inputs into key strategic decisions within International, using insight and analysis to make financial based recommendations.
- Produce and circulate financial analysis, quarterly reports, and other routine management information for the Director of Commercial Finance, Board, Members Council, CEO and Leadership Team.
- Manage the consolidated reports for revenue and distributions.
- Support the monthly ELT distribution sign-off process, by contributing to the analysis of drivers of variances to Budget/Forecast.
- Ensure adequate challenge to budget holders to enable budgets to be aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation and deliver sustainable growth.
- Partner with the International department to provide financial input and assurance to deliver and optimise key International objectives including: revenue assurance; withholding tax issues; and liaising with local banking partners to ensure standardisation and engagement for KYC activities.
- Own the revenue and distribution element for long term (3 – 5 years) planning aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Motivate, engage and develop one direct report.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
- First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
- Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
