Senior Legal Counsel 8+ Bath/Exeter
First legal appointment at an expanding business services company with offices throughout the South-West. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be adept at dealing with multiple matters simultaneously and have experience of dealing with multiple matters, either as a senior associate/partner at a law firm or as a hands-on in-house lawyer.
Changing corporate structures, succession planning and increasingly complex supplier contracts has resulted in clients generating ever increasing legal work that can be managed internally as an expanded client offering. Broad ranging corporate and commercial experience and especially within SMEs is highly advantageous.All backgrounds will be strongly considered as every experience brings a unique ability to add value to a range of clients.
It is envisaged that a further lawyer would be hired at circa 12 months, and the appointed individual would work directly with the divisions to increase cross referrals across the business and quickly build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
