Band 5 Theatre Scrub Nurse | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
Our maternity unit are looking for a registered scrub nurse to become part of our maternity theatre team.
We are looking for an individual who is confident within their role of scrub, who is enthusiastic and is looking for a new challenge. You will work with a small theatre team, and a wider midwifery team to provide care to our women and birthing people who have chosen to birth their baby with us.
Your skills will be used during elective and emergency caesareans, trials of instrumental births and other complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
The ideal candidate would be someone who already has succeeded with their scrub competencies and is ready to join our maternity team for a new challenge.- Scrub during emergency and elective caesarean sections

- Work within our post operative area providing care to our women and birthing people
- Ensure accurate record keeping, using relevant systems and resources according to the area they are working within
