37 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 weeks

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and a keen interest in education? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a pivotal role managing and developing the school’s data systems. You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and IT Manager to ensure our data management processes are efficient, accurate, and meet the evolving needs of the school.From maintaining up-to-date student information and timetables to producing progress reports and handling statutory data returns, your work will directly support teaching, learning, and strategic decision-making. You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with GDPR, working alongside the school’s Data Protection Officer.

Langley Grammar School is a co-educational 11-18 selective school with academy status, located within easy reach of Langley station and the M4. The school was inspected by Ofsted in November 2021 and was graded outstanding in all categories. We have approximately 1240 students, over 330 of whom are in the Sixth Form.The school is heavily over-subscribed and draws students from a wide geographical area and a range of backgrounds.
