Job Description- Conducting comprehensive asbestos surveys in various properties.
- Preparing detailed reports of the findings and presenting them to management.
- Working closely with the property department to ensure safety standards are met.
- Staying updated on industry standards and regulations related to asbestos.
- Communicating effectively with property owners and residents.
- Assisting in the development of asbestos management plans.
- Providing expert advice on asbestos management and remediation.

- Use the Asset data to help operatives to carry out work.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Asbestos Surveyor should have:
- A high degree of competency in the property industry.
- Experience in conducting professional asbestos surveys.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- P402 or P405 qualification
