Class 1 HGV Driver
On-going HGV shifts with exceptional earning potential at a brand new, state of the art distribution centre!
ADR Network is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for full-time, part-time, and ad-hoc positions at our prestigious client, Co-op, based at their newly built, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Biggleswade.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fresh, frozen, and ambient products in cages to Co-op stores. This is a 7-day-a-week operation, with shifts typically starting between 02:00 and 10:00, averaging 10 hours per shift.
We welcome newly qualified drivers with as little as 3 months HGV driving experience. Before you start, you'll receive a comprehensive assessment and induction to ensure you are fully prepared and confident for your assignments.
Additional Driver Benefits:- Excellent pay rates—up to £22.52 per hour, paid weekly.

We’re available seven days a week and offer both in-person and remote registration.
The advertised rates are parity rates available from week 13. The initial rates between week 1 and week 12 are:- £16.50 per hour for day shifts (Monday - Friday)
- £17.87 per hour for night shifts (Monday - Friday)
- £19.07 per hour for all hours on Saturday
- £20.45 per hour for all hours on Sunday
All shifts are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours' pay.
