Job Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will be:
- Managing lease renewals, licenses to alter, assignments, and other key real estate transactions.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements with a keen eye for detail and commercial impact.
- Conducting due diligence and preparing reports in line with internal real estate guidelines.
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, offering expert legal support.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking.
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Solicitor should be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years PQE in real estate.
- Experienced in handling lease transactions, drafting property agreements, and conducting due diligence.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded team player with excellent communication abilities.
