Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service to our diverse international clientele
- Share product knowledge about our Wimbledon collection and Ralph Lauren heritage
- Maintain the elevated visual standards expected of our flagship outlet
- Work collaboratively with the activation team
- Support store operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with guests
- Professional demeanor reflecting our luxury positioning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume flagship environment
- Flexible availability during peak trading periods
