What you'll be doing::
At iomart, protecting data is at the heart of what we do. We’re seeking an experienced Data Protection Product Manager to lead our data protection services—from M365 Purview to business continuity and backup solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about security, innovation, and delivering best‐in‐class products.
- Develop and implement product strategies for our data protection portfolio
- Work closely with the development, sales and marketing teams to refine and launch our services
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Create comprehensive documentation from service descriptions to customer positioning decks
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on data protection products
- Work with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs
- Ensure that data protection products comply with industry standards and regulations
- Stay informed about competitor products and strategies in the cloud market
We want to hear from you if you::
- Have proven experience in product management, with a focus on data protection and cloud services
- Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, M365 Purview and other leading data protection technologies
- Have a strategic and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Are familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and have a keen eye for detail
