Our firm is looking for a senior fee earner to join a closeknit claimant in Blackburn.

You will join as a fee earner to an established yet growing personal injury team, handling a caseload of litigated cases. You are responsible for multi track personal injury cases, ranging from RTA to EL/PL claims. You will collect evidence, draft witness statements to documents to support cases.

The Role

Run a caseload of high value, personal injury claims
Handle a litigated caseload of RTA to EL/PL claims
Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value
Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence
Collecting evidence to support the claims

For this role, we are looking for an experienced personal injury fee earner to join this office. Essentially, our firm is searching for a confident fee earner to be fundamental to the team.
