• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment processes.
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolutions and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Support the delivery of HR projects.
• Ensure record-keeping is compliant with GDPR and other regulations.
• Assist in the development of a positive company culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in HR or related field.
• Experience in a HR role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Competitive salary range, estimated between £30,000 - £34,000.
