Teacher of Food Tech
A secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join their team for the summer term, covering Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging and practical lessons, inspiring students to develop essential cooking skills and nutritional knowledge.
The Role:
- Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4.
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons that develop students’ confidence in practical cooking and food science.
- Ensure students gain a strong understanding of nutrition, health, and safety in the kitchen.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Design & Technology department to support student learning.
Who We Are Looking For:
✔️ Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) preferred.✔️ Unqualified teachers with relevant experience may be considered.
✔️ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Food Technology.
✔️ Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
