Step Teachers are working with many Secondary Schools in the Norfolk area which require Teaching Assistants for daily and short-term supply to work in Norwich schools and surrounding They are now recruiting for supply Teaching Assistant to start in October 2024.
Key Responsibilities - Teaching Assistant:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- The Teaching Assistant must assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements - Teaching Assistant:
- Good knowledge of Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
- Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
