The Successful Applicant

A successful Building Surveyor should have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
• Knowledge of building legislation and standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 plus £5,000 CA
