Main duties of the job- Warmly welcoming clients to our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Efficiently registering clients and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
- Supporting the smooth operation of our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.
- Maintaining accurate and organized client notes to ensure seamless results management.

Knowledge
Essential criteria- Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard

- Previous clerical and customer care experience

Contractual requirements
Essential criteria- Ability to travel to various locations within hospital and community settings
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
- Need to be able to work across seven day service provision
- Mandatory training as per trust requirements
- Annual appraisal
