Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team in an exciting restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
Create innovative and high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Develop menus and specials in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with management to achieve financial targets and maintain cost control
Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff members Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant environment
Strong culinary skills with a focus on creativity and quality
Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team management
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.72-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
