Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join us on our volunteer training programme. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the e-commerce sales field and an opportunity to learn from the founder directly.

As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the growth of the company. Commission offered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Learn about our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers
  • Collaborate to develop sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide support in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Klaviyo (or similar email marketing software) and Shopify
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Ability to think 'out of the box' and devise innovative strategies
