Are you an experienced carer? Do you want to leave work every day feeling like you have made a difference? Made someone’s day? Do you want to feel valued and make others feel the same? If so, Allied Care is the opportunity that you have been looking for.

Ashford House is waiting to hear from you.

We are a large Care company that still manages to maintain that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centred approach for each person that lives with us.

We encourage feedback from staff to allow us to continue to grow as a care company and remain connected with the staff who provide the hands-on care that we provide.

We aim to support the people that live with us to do so as independently as possible. Providing great training opportunities for our staff to ensure they have all the skills that they need to assist the lovely people that we look after, to live a safe, structured, and fulfilled lifestyle.

Ashford House is a registered care home with 10 beds and the people residing with us receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team.

We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not:

Staff, with NVQ 2 and experience welcomed, however, if you are looking to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided.

We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.

Responsibilities and Duties
